Creamy Tomato Pasta

Silky tomato cream sauce tossed with al dente pasta and basil.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh basil, salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in oil 30 seconds; add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cream, season, and toss with pasta (add pasta water if needed).
  4. Garnish with basil.
