Creamy Tomato Pasta
Silky tomato cream sauce tossed with al dente pasta and basil.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh basil, salt & pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Sauté garlic in oil 30 seconds; add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream, season, and toss with pasta (add pasta water if needed).
- Garnish with basil.
